Welcome to the Inner Circle Shop. By browsing or buying from this store, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.

  1. About these terms: These Terms of Service govern your use of innercirclemw.com and any purchase you make from the Inner Circle Shop, operated by ICMW ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the store.
  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
  3. Our products: Our items are made to order and printed individually. Because of this, slight variations in color, placement, and finish can occur, and screen colors may differ a little from the printed result. These small differences are normal and are not considered defects.
  4. Pricing and payment: All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed in error, such as a pricing mistake.
  5. Orders: Once an order is placed, production begins quickly, so we are not able to guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you need a change, email us right away at support@innercirclemw.com and we will do our best, though we cannot promise it.
  6. Shipping, returns, and refunds: Shipping timelines and our returns policy are covered on our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages. Because items are made to order, all sales are final except for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review those pages before ordering.
  7. Intellectual property: All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images in this store are the property of ICMW and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without written permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not the rights to its design.
  8. Acceptable use: You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to misuse any content. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
  9. Limitation of liability: Our products and store are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
  10. Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continuing to use the store means you accept any changes.
