Inside the community you will get a curated list of 30 small acts of kindness, with a tracker and a legend. You pick one a day in any order. By day 30, all thirty are done.
The three actions live inside each day. One: pick the act and set the intention. Two: do the act. Three: reflect on what it shifted, in you and in the room around you. That is the practice. Finish it, and a tee or tote is yours, just pay shipping.
