Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting the Inner Circle Shop. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Made to order Every item is printed and made just for you after you order, so please allow a little time for production before it ships. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is made, it ships and tracking begins.
Shipping times Shipping time depends on where you are. As a general guide, after production:
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
- Canada, UK, and Europe: 5 to 14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons and local postal delays can add time.
Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
International orders: Customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to control or refund these charges.
Address accuracy: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, email us at support@innercirclemw.com with your order number and we will help track it down and make it right.
